Keyword Bid Management Report

The Keyword Bid Management Report delivers keyword performance data for a certain range of time. Additionally, it proposes two new optimized bids for an upload to Google Ads.

Report settings

You can access the Keyword Bid Management Report by clicking on reports in the main navigation.

Important: If you do not see the Keyword Bid Management Report or the report section in your project, please refer to the Access section below.

As soon as one report is available, you can download the latest report by clicking on Download. You can download the report as an .xlsx file or as a zipped .csv file. The date informs you of when the last execution of a report took place.

By clicking on Refresh your report will be updated based on the settings below.

Google Ads account

You can select as many accounts as you want for generating a report. A Google Ads account has to be added to our data warehouse and has to be activated in your project’s connection settings in order to show up in this dialogue.

If you have different targets for different accounts, you can create one report for each account separately.

Timeframe

Specify the number of days you want to look back upon for calculating bids. For a standard account we recommend 30 days.

Allowed values: 2-365

Min. Bid

Specify a minimum bid for your keywords. The minimum bid must be greater than 0.01.

Max. Bid

Specify a maximum bid for your keywords. The maximum bid must be equal or greater than the minimum bid.

Optimization KPI

Select the optimization KPI for which you want to optimize your account.

Currently, the following KPIs are available:

  • Return on ad spend (ROAS)
    conversion value / cost

Optimization target

Set a target according to your performance goals.

You can define whether and when your Keyword Bid management Report is created on a regular basis.

If you have a scheduled report, the Download link always provides the report from the latest run.

The Keyword Bid Management Report is available only upon request. To be able to provide a report, we need to pull the keyword performance data from Google Ads on a regular basis.

Please approach your account manager to enable this feature.

    Bid proposal based on the performance data and the settings of your report. In addition, the bid proposal ensures that the more exact keyword receives the higher bid.

    exact > phrase > modified broad > broad
